If the standard cdot curb and gutter template is used at curb ramps the requirement for a 5 maximum counter slope at the bottom of the curb ramp will not be met. The drainage patterns in most parking lots are engineered using the gutter pans of the curb and gutter as flow lines. Prowag allows a maximum change in grade of 13 3 between the bottom of a curb ramp and the gutter pan.
